Neo: *gasps* ... I know kung fu

there is a path and it has eight parts and they are all one thing, right view which is seeing that everything arises from conditions and passes away and that craving is what makes it hurt, and right intention which is deciding on renunciation and goodwill and harmlessness instead of the other things, and right speech which is only saying what is true and kind and useful and otherwise being quiet, and right action which is not killing and not taking what isn't given and not using anyone, and right livelihood which is not making your living from harm, and right effort which is noticing what is arising in the mind and feeding the wholesome and starving the unwholesome again and again and again, and right mindfulness which is continuous clear awareness of the body and of feeling and of the mind and of how all of it works, and right concentration which is the mind gathered and settled and unified in absorption, and these are not steps, you do not do one and then the next, you do all of them at once and each one holds the others up, wisdom and ethics and discipline, and if you keep walking it greed and hatred and delusion get thinner and thinner until there is nothing left holding them and they fall away and what is left is peace that does not depend on anything, it does not depend on anything, and I can see all of it
